Our Yoga classes are FREE and run on a drop-in basis. All skill levels are welcome.

Wednesdays 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. - Instructor: Denise Landry
Active wear (Eg., shorts, track pants, sweat pants) is often most comfortable as very loose-fitting clothing can move around too much and jeans can restrict movement.
Yoga mats are provided, but if you have your own please feel free to bring it.
